Looking for a Nanny in the Very Center of Warsaw

Hi! We’re an international family — Russian mom, Dutch dad — living in the very center of Warsaw. We're looking for a reliable, kind, positive, energetic and experienced nanny to become a steady part of our everyday life.
We have two children:
– a 7-month-old baby boy
– and a 2-year-old daughter
You’ll be caring for one child at a time — not for both at once, at the rare ocassion it could be two playing in the room together One of the parents or grandma is always at home. Long-term position

What matters to us:
– Solid experience with infants and toddlers is essential
– Lots of energy and initiative, especially for outdoor play with our toddler (parks, playgrounds, movement!), she is outside a lot and always on the move.
– Age-appropriate developmental activities, baby massage, reading, and hands-on interaction
– Feeding my daughter, she can already eat on her own but still some support is required
– Full care routine: hygiene, feeding, nap time
– Tidying up after play, cleaning toys, keep children belonging organised, take care of strollers, fold thier clothes when needed, sterelise bottles and pacifiers.
– A background in healthcare or medical training is a huge plus
– Language: Russian or English

Important: We raise our children without screens — no TV, phones, or tablets, also no sugar in any form.
So you’ll need to keep them engaged through real, creative, and meaningful activities — not devices.
We’re warm, respectful people who value calm communication and a good sense of humor.
