I have a one-month-old daughter who currently has colic. When she isn’t having a colic episode, she is an absolute angel. I work from home frequently and am looking for a nanny who can care for her at the nanny’s home for the time being.

I am very focused on my daughter’s development and have specific developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities I would like her to work on every day. I will provide a list of activities and milestones, and I need someone who is willing to consistently go through them with her and support her development.

My daughter is half Polish and half American. I would like the nanny to speak only Polish to her, while speaking only English with me, as I do not speak Polish. Fluency in English is therefore a requirement.

I am looking for someone who genuinely cares about infant development and is willing to take an active role in helping my daughter learn and grow. If you are not interested in following her developmental activities and milestone plan, this position will not be a good fit.
