Nanny part time job NEWBORN (4month+)

Hello,

We’re looking for a nanny/auntie-type person to help us with our 3.5-month-old daughter :)
We would really love to find someone warm, caring, empathetic, and experienced with very young (newborn) babies.
Right now, our main goal is simply to give Mom a little support and some time to breathe, as our little girl can definitely be quite demanding sometimes :)
At the beginning, we’re thinking about a part-time arrangement, maybe around 2 hours a day from Monday to Friday. But we’re flexible and very open to discussing what would work best for everyone.

We’re not planning to send our daughter to daycare, so ideally we’d love to find someone who could stay with our family longer term, also after Mom goes back to work. We really care about building a warm, close relationship — more like a trusted “nanny-auntie” than just regular childcare :)

It’s also important to us that our daughter gets used to hearing English from an early age. And honestly, we as parents would also love to practice and improve our English through everyday conversations — our level is somewhere around intermediate :)

The childcare would mostly take place in our home, sometimes also during walks around the neighborhood. Mom will often be at home as well, although sometimes the nanny would stay alone with the baby — it just depends on the day and what’s needed.

We live near Pole Mokotowskie, in the Biały Kamień / Eko Park area in Warsaw.
