Nanny for 2 Kids in USA (Pay $2000/month)

We are seeking a Nanny to take care of our children and willing to offer a 3 Month - 12 Months Nanny Contract for qualified candidates to come to USA and stay with them. We currently have a Ukrainian Aupair - Sonya, and her contract ends in a few weeks. In past we have hired a nanny from Poland - Kinga. The conditions for the Nanny role are:
Should have experience taking care of children in home, school, day care or any similar professional organization
Should be able to speak English B1 or higher. You can test yourself here: https:'(*******)'
Should be warm, caring and kind to children. Have patience to work with kids and be a friend and sister to them.
It is a bonus if she can drive, if she cannot and is willing to learn, family will offer training support.
It is a great bonus if the candidate has college or university degree, and at least 4 years work experience in Poland/Ukraine or abroad

Here are the terms of the offer and other details:
Salary: $2000 monthly pay + Rent Free Private furnished bedroom + bathroom in family’s 8 bedroom home + all family groceries and meals. You will have NO living expenses. Shared car access for personal needs provided as well.
Family will offer upto $750 for flight tickets for the qualified candidate upon visa approval. It will be deducted from first pay.
