Looking for a caring nanny for our infant – long-term, Pola Mokotowskie (Warsaw)

Hello,

We are a friendly family living near Pola Mokotowskie in Warsaw and are looking for a warm, caring, and reliable nanny to support us on a part-time, long-term basis.

The primary focus of the role will be caring for our three-month-old baby. Mum is at home full-time, so we are mainly looking for daily support with the baby and general help throughout the day. Every other week, our eight-year-old child is also at home, and occasional help may be needed with school drop-offs or pick-ups and general practical support. However, the main and consistent responsibility will be caring for our infant.

We are flexible regarding working hours and are happy to agree on a schedule that works well for both sides.

We are specifically open to native English speakers or Polish speakers - please indicate which language(s) you speak when contacting us. We would also greatly appreciate some light household support, particularly simple cooking and helping maintain day-to-day order in the home (not full cleaning, but general tidiness related to daily life and childcare). We follow a screen-free approach to early childhood and value walks, creativity, music, and an active lifestyle. We are looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with, based on trust and warmth. There may also be opportunities to travel with us as a family in the future.

One small detail, half joking but half serious - our daughter strongly prefers natural nails over acrylic nails :)
