Full-time position, Spanish-English family, work with or without accommodation

Starting in September, we are looking for someone to work with a family with two kids.

Requirements:
- Experience in childcare and household management, confirmed with references
- Ideas for creative (screen-free) activities with children
- A thoughtful approach to working with children (encouraging them to try new things without forcing or commanding them to do something)

Job responsibilities:
- Picking up a toddler from daycare around 3:00 PM
- Taking care of the toddler (and eventually a baby, expected in December 2025) until the parents return home
- Cooking
- Babysitting at night once a week when the toddler is asleep (starting in December, this will also include caring for the baby during that time – approximately between 20:00-24:00
- During the day before 3:00 PM, help with laundry/groceries/cleaning would be appreciated – estimated around 2 hours per day

Working hours:
Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Once a week: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (most likely Thursday or Friday, but flexibility would be great)
Sunday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Stary Mokotów (Warsaw)

Family's preferred parenting approach:
in general, the family aim for a gentle parenting style with predictable routines, but also lots of room for free play and activities that build emotional connection through play (active/nature-based outdoor play, learning through play, doing crafts together, conversations, and imaginative play).

Possibility of live-in or live-out employment.

Fixed monthly salary: 6000 PLN net
(BUT a higher salary is negotiable for someone with more experience.)

The family can help process legal documents and employment contracts.

Knowledge of English or Spanish is required.
