Full-Time English-Speaking Nanny for Our Happy 9-Month-Old – Poznań

We are looking for a nanny for a long-term role (minimum one-year commitment) to care for our happy, curious and playful 9-month-old baby girl. Fluent English is essential, as we communicate in English every day—not only about daily routines, but also about emotions, development and everything happening in our little one’s world.

We’re looking for someone warm, empathetic and proactive who genuinely enjoys spending time with children: reading books, singing songs, getting creative, playing together and going outside every day—regardless of the weather!

In addition to caring for our daughter, we’d appreciate help with simple cooking and everyday tidying up. These tasks would mainly be done during her naps or when we are spending time with her ourselves. We have a cleaner once a week, so we are not looking for someone to take care of deep cleaning. We both work remotely from home.

Ideally, we are looking for someone full-time: 7-8 hours per day(most days 10am -5pm), 5 days a week, although we are open to starting with fewer days and increasing the schedule over time.
Location: Ceglana, Poznan
Start: As soon as possible
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and availability
