Full-Time / Afternoon Nanny – Long-Term Position
Michałowice near Kraków
We are a family living in a large house with a garden in Michałowice, near Kraków, looking for a warm, energetic and reliable nanny to join our household on a long-term basis.
We have two children: a 7-year-old boy and a newborn baby.
This will be a second nanny position – we already have one full-time nanny who has been with our family for many years. We are now looking for an additional person who can become a trusted and permanent part of our household.
Working hours
Approximately 6–8 hours per day, starting around 2:00–3:00 PM.
We are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term position for several years, rather than temporary or seasonal work.
Language
Our strong preference is for a native English speaker, as we would like our children to have natural, everyday exposure to English.
However, we are also open to candidates whose first language is another language, particularly Spanish, provided they are fluent communicators and have the right personality and experience.
Responsibilities
The main responsibility will be helping with the children and spending active, engaging time with them. Duties may include:
- playing, reading and doing creative or educational activities with the children;
- helping with the newborn as needed;
- spending time outdoors and in the garden;
- helping with the children's evening routine;
- keeping children's rooms and play areas tidy;
- cleaning up after meals or activities with the children;
- loading/unloading the dishwasher or washing a small amount of dishes when needed;
- putting on or folding a load of laundry;
- other light household tasks connected with the children and everyday family life.
This is not a housekeeping or cleaning position. We already have household support, including a cook and a driver, as well as our existing full-time nanny.
Who we are looking for

- responsible, independent and resourceful;
- highly reliable and punctual;
- discreet and respectful of the family's privacy;
- organised and able to notice what needs to be done without constant instructions;
- attentive to personal hygiene and cleanliness;
- calm and sensible around a newborn;
- looking for a stable position and a long-term relationship with one family.
Previous professional childcare experience and references are highly appreciated.
For us, personality and the right fit with our family are extremely important. We are looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy spending time with our children and who, over time, can become a trusted and valued part of their everyday lives.
Location: Michałowice, near Kraków
Hours: approximately 2:00/3:00 PM onwards, 6–8 hours per day
