English-speaking nanny for our daughter (22 months) – Monday to Friday, 10:00–12:00, rate 35 PLN/h (negotiable)

A few words about the job

We are a family working from home. Sometimes activities will take place indoors (while we are working in the background), and sometimes outdoors on nearby playgrounds.

We are not looking for a “second mother” or “grandmother.” We are looking rather for a companion and teacher – an adult who ensures safety, supports polite and independent behaviour in contact with other children, and helps May learn English through simple, repetitive comments and play.

What we expect:

active presence with the child: sometimes “on the side,” allowing independent play, and sometimes guiding the play,

supporting language development through simple, repetitive sentences,

encouraging social skills: defending her toys, sharing voluntarily, not taking toys from others,

ensuring safety during outdoor activities,

writing a short note after each session (WhatsApp message or entry in Google Sheets).

Organization:

Activities mainly outdoors – nearby playgrounds and short walks,

Important: walks should be active and exploratory (running, climbing, playing in the sand, observing, meeting other children),

No passive sitting in a stroller,

Always close to home, without crossing busy streets (routes to be agreed in advance),

In case of bad weather – at home or in a nearby playroom (paid by us),

May is prepared for all weather (rain jacket, boots).
