My name is Tanyaradzwa Kadere 22 years old. I'm studying Bachelor's in nursing at WSE University. I am a caring, responsible, and patient individual who genuinely enjoys working with children. I am compassionate, understanding, and able to connect easily with children of different ages and personalities. I am also energetic, and creative, which helps me engage children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities. I also enjoy planning and engaging children in meaningful activities that promote learning and creativity. Whether it is reading stories, drawing, singing songs, playing games, or spending time outdoors, I make sure that each activity is both fun and beneficial. I like to include simple educational elements in play, helping children develop their communication skills, confidence, and curiosity about the world around them. I believe that learning should be enjoyable, and I always encourage children to explore and express themselves.
Safety is always my top priority. I am responsible and quick to respond in any situation, and I always follow any guidelines or instructions given by parents. Parents can depend on me to be punctual, consistent, and respectful of their home and family values.I believe in encouraging children's development at the same time teaching them daily life lessons. Understanding that it is inevitable with children for there to be some cleaning necessary, I am willing to do some light house chore work. I have experience in Zimbabwe where I would babysit children of relatives and take care of them. Since I am studying nursing I also belive that this could help me better care for your child.
