Hello,
My name is Dilan, and I am a Clinical Psychologist, have Master's degree in Clinical Psychology in Poland.
I have over 10 years of professional experience working with children and adolescents. In my home country, I worked for eight years as a school psychologist in primary, secondary, and high schools, supporting students' emotional, social, and educational development. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children, parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments.
Since moving to Poland, I have continued working with children by providing childcare for Polish families. I currently support children of different ages through play, daily routines, educational activities, and social-emotional development. This experience has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships with children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
I also have experience organizing and supporting individualized educational programs for children who require additional academic or developmental support. My professional background has helped me develop patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs.
I am fluent in English and continue to improve my Polish language skills. I am passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
